Where to adjust the idle of dodge journey 2010

The idle of my car goes to 1000 rpm even the engine is hot already and even geared on  park  or in drive.

There was an issue with the Harmonic Balancer you will need to see if your car is one that had a bad one by the VIN number. If so see if you can find the TBS...
