I have a 2010 Chrysler Sebring that the engine sounds louder like its working harder at higher speeds. does this mean I need a tune up

I drive the highway a lot, so I drive 60 plus mph a lot. but I never heard the engine sounding like I was doing 80mph instead of 60mph
