i have 2010 nissan versa. the key fits correctly and turns on the electrical. but it doesnt turn on the engine. fells like a loose contact somewhere. the battery, engine, alternator and starter are good. dont know what to do. please help

thank you sir. just found that twiggling the key before turning the key for ignition helps.

Could be bad chip in key.Have tested at nissan for free.Key costs about 60 dollars to replace
