I am looking at a '10 or '11 Audi A5 conv. or Lexus 250/350C. Reliability? Back seat room difference? Other considerations?

Lexus is known for reliability, audis are okay, but tom is right, do some review and test-drive(bring a mechanic). I would go with lexus without a doubt though.
