Heat on one side

I only have heat on the driver's side of the car and
it's not a duel climate and I already changed the
the blend door actuator and that didn't change
anything.

Blend door switches direction of incoming air across either the heater core (for heat) or across the AC coil (for cold). Where the air goes from there depends on the MODE doors. Most vehicles have more than one mode door to direct air to dash, floor or defroster vents. BTW, changing an actuator may not solve a non-operating blend or mode door, if it's not receiving any input to move. So be sure the problem isn't with a switch or module that controls the actuator.
