Make sure you set the dome light switch to "door".

Push the words DOME LIGHT above the knob, it is an actual button

Yes press “dome light”above the lil knob

I tried mine but the only way they came on is when I turned the dial to the far left and then they would not turn off until I turned it back a little.

Thank you...good lord it boggles my mind for a month since I bought mine..I knew damn well it was something dumb . Thought one of day care kids (7 of them) did something

Thanks for the tip. My Traverse dome lights now work again. What a simple solution after fiddling with the little knob over and over again. :-)
