why is there so much front tire noise on a 2010 Ford Escape?

I have tried 3 different brand tires with little effect on the noise. Just brought it in for an alinement and its still noisy. The guy at the garage made a comment on the noise also. Didn't have the opportunity to ask him his thoughts on the issue yet. Any one have the same problem?

Basically, your in a little steel box with the suspension components bolted directly to it. Mac Phereson struts work just fine but transfer noise. With a framed car, the cab is isolated from the suspension. You can try things like sound deadening materials but you will never get rid of it.
