The vehicle has gotten water-logged, flooded, extremely wet. Your taking your chances if you are looking to buy this.

The vehicle has been under water or extremely saturated with water in the engine compartment or interior or even both. Be cautious when purchasing a vehicle with flood damage, and keep in mind that vehicle is worth considerable less than a normal vehicle.
