New car, no power

Hello,

We bought a 2010 ford focus last month (only 20k on it) it has been working fine. I drove it last on Wednesday to the
store and back home, no problems, I turned everything off and locked it with the remote. Yesterday went to head out
and the remote didn't work, doors didn't ding while opened and not even a click when turning the key, no power. The
air bag light was on as well. We tried boosting it and no power still, even while connected to the other car. Any
ideas? I tried looking for loose connections, but not even sure what to look for (also would something become loose
while it was parked? Since it had power after I parked it and was able to lock it?)

It should still be under factory warranty. I would have it towed in and fixed rather than troubleshooting yourself and doing something to possibly void the warranty.
