There is a mega fuse, there is also fuse #10, "battery voltage sensor, diagnostic plug", as well as a fusible link with an inline fuse on battery cable to alternator. I'd use a meter and check the harness for continuity to alternator and starter, as well as test all your fuses. Parts stores carry small fuse kits that often contain a fuse tester (beats yanking fuses out and holding them up to the light to see if they are still good.)

ps mega fuse is not in the fuse box, look along the fenderwall, it will have two large wire leads to it and bolted in place.
