Look for blown main and accessories fuses, then start checking circuits, with that many problems you will need a wiring diagram to start tracing the circuits in question.

It is not the fuses

What part do I need to fix it

So if it is not the fuses then you will need to start circuit testing for each system effected, voltmeter and a test light would be the tools you need to start testing, and a good knowledge of the power and ground pathways of the vehicle, that is why a wiring diagram is needed.
