My car with aftermarket parts has started running like shit, moved states and ever since then it bogs when taking off as does not give full power when taking off

Hello I have a 2010 Ford Focus S it
has an after market cold air intake
with a custom stealth exhuast
system, I have Resently moved from
Alaska (COLD weather) to Arizona (
HOT weather) I give it regular check
ups ect, but only when my engine
heats up it bogs really bad when
taking off and has start to not give its
full power it use to have b4 the move
I have taken it in the shop and payed
$300+ For new spark plugs, clean
mass air flow, oil change and ect, an
it still runs like this what can I do ???

What if I flash my ecu ? I'm about to do a sct flash would that fix the problem too? Or do I have to get the live scan b4
