I just purchased a 2010 GMC Acadia and now the front rattles when turning or hitting a rough patch in the road. What could be wrong?

I purchased a 2010 GMC Acadia and now it rattles when turning or hitting a
rough patch in road. What could this be?

Try checking your ball joint and your control arm bushings, and check your drive axle and your inner and outer tie rod.

This could also be sway bars. I replaced mine for a consistent thud noise when hitting any bumps in the road. Pretty easy to replace and fixed the issue. Be sure to check ball joints and tie rods too.
