Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2010 Cobalt that randomly has trouble starting in warmer weather.
Seems like something is draining the battery when it's off because a jump
always gets it going again. Originally a fan relay had been replaced
because the fan stayed on until it drained the battery. Battery has been
tested repeatedly, OK. Ignition switch has also been replaced. Any ideas
would be appreciated.

Alternator test would be in order here. It may not be that the battery is draining after the car is off, but rather the alternator is not charging the battery while you're driving.

We kicked around that idea but we would think this would be a more consistent thing. It did it last summer, maybe twice during the winter and just did it again yesterday for the first time in over a month.
