I have people interested in buying my car but this morning CarGuru wanted a verification picture that I actually have the car...I sent the pic and it's now 8 hours later they are still processing it!

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

How long does the picture processing take? I
responded to 2 interested buyers this morning and
then this happens--I have no idea if they responded
back cause I can't get to my messages until picture
verified...how much longer??

I am not sure how people can respond to an ad that is not approved. As of this time I clicked on your profile and it says the ad is pending.

It's been up for 18 days but yesterday they asked for verification that I own the car. I put a # they gave me in the window and sent a pic and they are processing that! I've already had interest in the car and yesterday responded back to 2 people before this verification thing came up!!! Now I'm locked out of my listing until approval!!! I put my ad in cars.com and autotrader last night -- I just want to sell the car since I've lready purchased a new one! This morning it still says processing SMH

My ad is active, NOT PENDING, and I have 14 unanswered messages from my buyer, that I cannot address. This is a stupid system. I guess I will just sell it direct and cancel the CarGurus listing, while you chase your tail....
