mileage on my 2010 Cadillac srx shows less miles on carfax than dealer shows when i bought it in 2013

Looks like a clerical mistake.  Carfax has dealer offering car for sale with 56317 miles on it.  Alabama Motor Vehicle Department shows 56075 when I registered it which is 242 miles less than dealer when offered for sale.  This is causing me problems, because Carfax is flagging it as Mileage Inconsistency, when trying to sell or trade.  How can I get this taken care of?
