If you mean on this site then maybe scroll down to the bottom of the page and click" Contact Us". Cargurus should be able to answer you. Then file a complaint at the dealer & see if they will address your concerns. Then the Better Business Bureau in your area and there may be a Dealer's Organization in your area. If you have been damaged financially there is Small Claims Court.
