VSC off, ABS, Brake, Battery lights on, no power stearing

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car running perfect, then the battery light came on. An hour later the VSC
off, ABS, and Brake lights all came on solid in addition to the battery light. I
also lost power steering. Everything else worked fine so I got it home.
Battery is 3 years old this month. No other warning signs. Dealership can't
get me in for a week. Would replacing the battery myself help? I'm thinking
it's the alternator, but really have no clue.
