Outside of the console, meaning the top of the dashboard or outside of the windshield?

Console as in between the driver and passenger seat inside the car. Condensation develops when you drive for a while with the air on

You probably have rear AC and the duct runs through the console.

Do you run the AC on recirculate or with fresh air?

I do believe it was on recirculate? It's cold now so I won't be running it but 99% of the time it's on recirculate. Yes, I do have rear A/C.
