Just because the code points to the O2 does not mean the O2 is bad it is a sensor it reports rich or lean conditions. This means there is either a rich or lean condition. You need to look up all possible causes on the net or a repair manual for that code to set. Could be a vacuum leak, dirty fuel injectors, air filter, fuel filter, bad spark plugs or plug wires, coils, distributor parts, intake gasket leak, head gasket leak, Bad cat,, bad TPS, you name it You need to find the reason the O2 is the code, The sensor itself is fine.

The problem with the fuse needs to be correct as it is possible that most of the issues are related.
