Noise in engine when I step on gas

When I step on the gas, I am getting a
knocking sound. And before you ask, I just
got the Oil changed. When driving down the
road, it will make this noise till 2,000-2,500
RPM then quiet down. Is this a connecting
rod issue or possibly a lifter issue?

Try adding some Lucas Engine Oil Stabilizer to oil since you just had the oil changed remove same amount of oil as in Lucas bottle do not want to overfill.
