Break in and put down windows without fob

Someone has been entering my G37X  when lockedand putting the windows down or partway down. I have both the fobs and have no idea how the windows can be operated without a fob.

My windows would do their own thing too at times.. You can reset everything by holding down the lock and unlock buttons for several seconds then your windows will stop doing that. It works with the aarm system as well and flashing lights from the auto theft alarm system...If I'm not correct google how to reset windows from going up and down on their own and it will explain what to do.. That's what I did when mine would started to act like a ghost was in my car raising and lowering them.. I was like wth is going on
