Assuming you're selling it privately, gather all the records you have, especially maintenance, clean it out and up. Consider having an inspection done by a competent MB mechanic to stop any grounds for brainless haggling. Research it's value (Car Gurus is pretty good, also KBB and Edmunds) price it fairly and write a good, no hype ad. Good Luck !
