BMW MAKING SQUEEKING NOISES AT 75MPH

the other day i was at a stop light when my
bmw 2009 528xi started shaking up and
down. after pulling off, it completely stopped
and hasnt done it since. now driving over
75mphs it sounds like something is
squeeking, maybe like a bell noise or like
dimes are falling on hard flooring. any ideas?

possibly, it wasnt very loud, but noticeable. it had a chime noise. on my way back home from work, i was doing 75 mph and didnt hear a thing.. not sure whats going on.
