Can I use an 05 5.4 triton long block in my 09 F 250 if I bolt all of the exterior components from my 09 on it?

Yes, but check you have the same heads, 2V or 3V (there was a Heritage model that was 2V, not sure of year). Since you're swapping over everything else, should be no problem with computer, harness, and intake.
