2009 Subaru Impreza 2.5i All Dash Lights Came On at Once

I was driving my car not a single problen with it at all like
new had no lights on what so ever but last week out of
nowhere as im pulling into my house ALL my dash lights
come on at once then my horn started going off without
me pressing it and my wipers went on too with windshield
cleaner getting thrown on my window it was just crazy has
anyone else had this problen if so please how did you fix
the problem because i dont want to take it to a dealership
and pay hundreds for no reason

Damned Imps and Foresters have these weird problems I NEVER see with Indiana- produced OBs and Legs. That said, there's probably a fuse block issue somewhere. Good luck. Ern TSG/B
