Ford F-150 ALARM WIRING PROBLEM

My truck saw 3 different mechanics mother
one could find the problem under the
steering wheel all the cables is a mess all
electric cables under the dass board I
bought the truck like that I was told it was a
alarm problem it does not then on at all
know I need some ones advice to where can
I take the truck  what special mechanic can
fix this.

Find the ad where it states the cars problem,,, get an estimate for the repair, contact the owner you bought it from if he blows you off (as he probably will) pay $25 bucks to file in small claims court ;.. many times you will get a partial if not all the costs to repair. Misrepresenting something is illegal
