Rubbing rough and slow

I have 2009 Honda Accord. Suddenly engine
light flashing/sometimes steady and VSA
light on also. Car running very rough when I
start driving it, won’t go more than 30 mph
even if I floor it. IF I can get to 2nd gear it
seems to go a little better. Much louder too

do not drive with engine light flashing, you'll damage the catalytic converter. sounds like a serious misfire, check plugs and coils
