Motor blown on a 09 Honda accord

I have a 2009 Honda Accord my engines
stopped working after I went in a puddle of
water.  Can I use a motor from another car
and can it be from another year??

Yes, just look for the same size engine (either 2.4L or 3.5L) that is in your car. Doesn't have to be the exact same year but should be close. Be very careful with used engines. It is a lot of work to install an engine and if there is something wrong with it, salvage yards may give you another engine but not pay the labor to have it replaced.
