Make sure your using the right bulb in the right place. Turn signal bulbs are single prung Brake/Park lights are double prune Look on the bottom of the bulb

You said you change the harness did you wire it back correctly like the old one if you did the next thing to do is to check the fuse for the park lights brake lights

Okay the rear passenger side comes on but I still can't get the rear driver side to come on while in park

Well the only thing left to do if it was working before! You have to go back over everything Double check everything Many aftermarket harnesses have to be grounded retrace your entire steps plus those bulbs

Yeah I got it from the dealer it plug in and then you plug the bulbs in connect your Lens you're done

I retraced my steps, did the whole work all over again change the fuse and everything now it works. Thank you so much for your help
