Is it worth buying a 2009 rav4 v6 that has 220,000
miles on it? How many more does it have left in it?

My crystal ball says the future is murky. As I said, unless the price is dirt cheap you should skip it.

How much longer do you think it would last? I have a very small budget and I put on less than 10,000 miles in a year in my current vehicle.

Between 1 mile and 80,000. If your budget is small why buy a car that could suck it dry in repairs?

Because Toyota is also know for lasting a long time and being reliable, there also is Jack shot to pick from in my town lol or surrounding area
