I have a 2009 Toyota Sienna. The rear fan used to only work on high and every location and could not be turned off. It no longer works at all for heat or ac.

Fuse or blower motor ?  The front works fine.  If a fuse, how do I test it?  heard I could switch it out with another in the box to test first.  Looking at the lid of the fuse box, I have no idea which it is and which to switch it with.  thanks

Buy a selection of new fuses at a auto parts store. Everyone should have some new fuses in their glove box. You can also buy a fuse tester if you really want one but just changing out the fuse will probably answer your question. If you pull the fuse you can usually tell if it is bad by looking at it. There will be a little wire inside that you can see - if it is burned in half then it is bad.
