Can I Upgrade my Prius to Bluetooth

I recently upgraded from a 2006 Prius to a 2009.
Unfortunately the 2009 does not have Bluetooth
and I use it a lot as I drive 2000+ miles a week.
Can we just swap out the steering wheel and
touch screen monitor or is it a bigger process?

You can buy a Bluetooth device that relays the signal to your FM radio.
