Heater in Middle Row Not Working

I drive a 2009 Ford Expedition (King Ranch). When I
turn my heater on, the vents (both the top & floor
vents) in the middle row blows ice cold to no air,
while the front and back rows are all blowing hot.
The air blows cold through all vents when the AC is
on, but no heat when I turn on the heater. It's
isolated to the middle row only. What's going on?
Would a blender door create this issue? I've tried
various adjustments to the control panels in the
front & back, but nothing happens other than the
fan blowing higher or lower. Help me, please.
