skipping/bucking uphill over 40mph

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

While driving on a highway , when going uphill ,my escape will slightly "skip
or buck".... Has 107,000 miles on it....
I've has a recent tuneup*     Recently Replaced:  The ignition coil boot - fuel
filter - PCV valve-air filter element - Intake Plenum Gasket set - MAP sensor
hose -Transmission fluid ..
Not sure what could cause this
