Traverse won't start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Replaced the battery in my 2009 Traverse,
Went to start it, it fired up and ran for about 3
seconds ,than shut off, now it cranks but won't
start, any ideas.  ( the car hasn't really been driven
in about 6 months.)

Is security light on or flashing when you turn the key on.
