Probably bad wheel bearings. Try wiggling the wheel top to bottom to confirm.

While car was up on jack and after lugs tightened the wheel is still wobbly when you grip it with two hands and move back and forth

sounds like a mechanical or wobbly noise when the AC is on. more pronounced as I accelerate. No noise when the AC is off. Could this be an AC compressor problem or a problem with a belt?
