Grease leak

Noticed grease on the passenger side firewall near
front axel don't know what would cause grease to
splash everywhere

A hole or tear in a CV joint boot would cause that.

Exactly! Turn your steering wheel all the way to the right and inspect the drive axle on the passenger's side. The axle boot that Bob is referring to is right behind the wheel. You'll want to replace the whole axle. It's cheaper than just replacing the boot. HTH. - Jim
