oil pan on 2009 ltz impala

where is the oil pan located in the 2009 ltz impala, is on the drive side undercarriage or the pasenger side. And is there a black cover that has to be remove to get to the oil pan. (im talking about the motor oilpan, not the transmmion).

which engine 3600 or 3900 ? it should be passenger side. oil pan is before the tranny; pan closest to the front. i noticed when i looked at the dealer some engines has a torx bolt! is that right? :(
