The good and bad for buying a Diablo Tuner or any   
Tuner for my Dodge Challenger SRT8 will it really
give my car more horsepower and better gas
mileage also will it mess up my warranty??

They adjust timing and fuel trims is what they do. Depends upon the modifications you have they can have an impact even stock in certain cases. It shouldn't void your warranty if it reads your stock tune!
