I have battery power but my truck won’t start

Just bought a 2009 Chevy Tahoe Ltz 5 days ago.
Had to take family out of town and drove it 700+
miles in 3 days. Came home (drove 300 miles today
to get back home), parked it outside, currently 10
degrees but feels like -15, and it won’t start. It has
full battery power. Lights come on, dash board
lights up, radio powers on, etc. But when I try to
start I get absolutely nothing.
