1st blinker shuts down cruise, 2nd locks lock and unlock rapidly, 3rd radio on and off, 4th
guage needles jumping. Its like the vehicle is shutting off and restarting repeatedly.

You need to replace the negative battery cable. Diagnosis can be made by conducting a voltage test. Mine cost $725 to replace at the dealership
