What's wrong with my Pontiac G6

My car saying engine power reduce, traction off
and engine light is on it loses speed won't go over
40 mph sometimes 0mph  what you think it can
be?

Most likely, it's the throttle position sensor and a dirty throttle body. But the list of potentials goes on. Commonly for a car that does this it's a clogged catalytic converter. But it could be that the engine has put itself in Self Protection Mode because of an internal problem. This isn't anything to play around with. You need to get it to a mechanic to review.
