CAR WONT START

I change my water pump yesterday there werent any problems before this now i try to start the car and it turns but doesnt turn over. ive ran out of gas and the car battery goes dead and wont turn but in this case it does. ive even risked flooding my engine by pressing gas to help get it started and it still doesnt turn over. Help

If no problems before the change, then why did you change water pump?
