2009 cobalt

2009 cobalt is stalling out at stops and bogging
down while driving after having spark plugs, oil, oil
filter, belt, air filter changed and a gas treatment.
What else could be causing this? As well the radio
seems to go in and out when it Boggs down and
the mph gauge moves around

Scan it for trouble codes and have your battery load tested. You'll probably find some answers when you do.
