2009 lexus rx350 sirius radio module to new lexus

I have a 2009 Lexus RX 350, I had the Sirius Satellite Radio module installed
back in 2009, I purchase the lifetime subscription with this receiver.

Can I take this module with me and install it in a new 2018 Lexus RX?
If so, what's involved, are the connections completely different. Is this even
possible?

Does your new Lexus come with a Sirius XM trial? The reason I ask is because many new cars come equipped with Sirius XM tuners. As far as I can tell, your module will not work with your new car but I also don't see any modules designed to fit your new car. You may end up just transferring your lifetime subscription to the new car (if it already has the tuner equipped) Hope this helps.
