2007 Ford Focus knock

Yesterday I started to here a knock when I
put my car in park(glove box area) I turned
my heat on the knock got louder and faster
tried ac loud and faster. Shut my focus of
went in the store came back out started up
no knock still no knock what could it be

Not clear if it's a rotational noise you are describing... if it is then it could be something stuck in the fan
