were do i go to get information to help me remove my engine from my 1987 thunderbird. step by step.

There are several sources for shop manuals for your Bird. eBay had some for several 70-80's cars. Being a beginner and if you really don't want to screw up you would be better to pay a local mechanic to pull the engine and then you can work on it. You are going to need some equipment to do it yourself. Try YouTube. Also, take LOT'S of pictues as you undo things. Plumbing nightmare.
