I'm looking for a Cayman S. Several models that are advertised claim to be an "S", but don't have the Cayman S logo on the rear trunk; just Cayman. Am I missing something here?

The cayman comes in a base and S version. So if it does not say "S" on the car it is the base model. You can always ask the seller to provide title which will say if it is an S. I'd use CarGurus DealFinder to find your car. http://www.cargurus.com/Cars/l-Used-Porsche-Cayman-Boston-d993_L15690
when you open both door of an S version you can see à big sylver plate with "cayman S" written on it most important got to have the 3.4 liter engine instead of the 2.9 !!!
