Can I mix two different brands of red coolant in my truck- Genuine Toyota red coolant and ABRO red coolant?

I sent from US to africa Genuine Toyota red coolant to replace the one in my
V8 5.7L seqioa 2008. I lost 5litres in transit. They have only ABRO red
coolant in town. I am wondering if I can use extra 5 litres of ABRO to top it
up. The ABR they have does not specify how many years I should run the
truc before changing.

Truck will not be used except starting it every 2 months

Yes you can. If you are going to store the truck a lot I would recommend changing out the coolant and the oil before putting it in storage.
